KOHSTO provides a platform that supports lawful streaming and responsible VPN usage, available on the web, via a browser extension, and soon companion applications.

By using KOHSTO you agree to comply with the laws of your country and the terms of the third-party services mentioned.

• Ensure your VPN usage, affiliate redirects, and catalogue access comply with the terms of the platforms involved
• Provide accurate information when creating an account, secure your credentials, and report suspicious activity immediately
• Do not automate or misuse the service (mass scraping, reverse engineering, script injection)
• Refrain from using KOHSTO to circumvent technical protection measures or share copyrighted content
• Promptly notify the KOHSTO team at contact@kohsto.com if you spot a vulnerability or unlawful content

KOHSTO provides aggregated information for guidance only and cannot guarantee data accuracy or permanent availability.

• Data from TMDB, JustWatch, or partners may be incomplete or outdated; KOHSTO is provided 'as is' without warranties
• Country detection via ip-api.com is approximate and may fail when using a VPN or depending on your ISP
• KOHSTO does not guarantee VPN connection success nor protection against sanctions from third-party platforms
• Maintenance operations or incidents may lead to temporary downtime without compensation
• You remain solely responsible for any breach of third-party rights or service terms
